Since this is a rant board - as it has already been stated - I shall point out a few of my issues with TCS. Mkay. First off, let's start with my OOC problem. So I was in OOC, talking with some of the other people there. Me, having been new to the horse RPGs, attempted to be a palomino. Not realizing I was too yellow, I just stayed in the OOC area but didn't bother to change my color. Someone (I can't remember their name) came up and pretty much yelled at me for being an unnatural color. I would've preferred it if they had simply /asked/ me to change my color, rather than bitching at me for breaking the rules. And, he claimed that I was in the IC area. Something's wrong there. I was /clearly/ in the OOC area. And, not to mention that there was someone who was also in the OOC area and they had a purple mane. By now, I was sick of the guy yelling at me so I hit "Edit Furre" to change the yellow to a tan color. He thought I was ignoring him, so he booted me out. All I was doing was changing my color, like he said. The other issue I had, was the paddock issue - much like Quinn. I was in there - not yelllow - and looking around the place. Someone pulls me up and I am, once again, yelled at for breaking the rules. So, I listen to her and go into the nearest paddock. Sure enough, there is another horse in there. By his description, he was a stud but he was AFK for the past hour or so. I figured it wasn't a big deal, considering that just down a few paddocks were horses giving blow jobs, "face rapes", "ass rapes", and mounting in the middle of the isle. There were 2 pairs doing so in a paddock, and outside there were 6 more horses doing the same thing. Now, you would think that first off they wouldn't allow "blow jobs" etc., and secondly they would have to be in a paddock, each couple with their own. If they would allow that kind of action, why couldn't they let me in some stud's stall if he had been AFK for so long? So what if I were a mare - they could've politely asked me to move. Alright. So there's my rant for the day. =]
I just realized that I should've just kept the old post and reposted this in a new post. I only editted it because I realized the good point in this rant. So yeah.

It's a rant board, we can rant and vent all we want. That's kind of the point of the baord itself. >>

I have run horse dreams on Furcadia for well over four years. In that span of time, I have found that being upfront with your feelings and issues with other dreams/furres is absolutely the best policy. By TREC regulars coming right out and saying "I don't like TCS and this is why" and giving their reasons, there is absolutely nothing behind-the-back about it. You can't say that we're talking shit about people behind their backs or whatever, because it's a public forum.
I don't want to brag or make myself out to be the biggest problem solver in the world or anything, but the amount of drama in the Furcadian equestrian community has GREATLY lessened since the advent of this board. Instead of things going on behind people's backs, in private dreams, and through whispers/PMs/AIMs, it can happen out in the open. I'm not saying that people don't keep some of their opinions private -- they certainly do -- but a lot of people voice their reasons.
And to be honest, this board serves as the best "What NOT to Do When You Are a Dream Owner" write-up anyone could ever produce. I wish all new dream owners would read this forum before they went and started a dream and gave a ton of furres they barely know share/copies of the dreams. Look at all of the heartache that causes! Talking about these problems also encourages TREC staff members to NOT do the same crap TCS staff members are pulling.
In a nutshell: Ranting about TCS at TREC keeps everything out in the open and lowers stress. It makes it absolutely crystal clear to any new furres/TCS goers why TREC regulars are, for the most part, avoiding TCS like the black plague right now. Ramruma was making a lot of progress, but now she's taking a break and it's all going to hell in a handbasket again.

Couldn't have said it better myself, Wynd. True, we all have our opinions as they are like buttholes -- everyone has one. But the overall idea of being able to quite literately get what you feel out in the open and show people whose side your on does, like Wyndlily stated, lowers stress. It's a shame, however, that because of this, a lot of the regulars to both dreams don't know the feelings, emotions and frustration that comes along with owning a successful and ultimately hard-worked-on dream. That being said, it's hard to find a lot of people that show some sort of understanding to me when I say, "I'm down-right just not being treated fairly by Francis and Ram alike... I mean, I made TCS for god's sake!" More often than not, people have sat and said, So? Get over it. He's dream-sitting, who cares? The only thing I have to say to that -- is you make a dream for someone you don't even know. You become banished by a lowly staff member who's simply kissing ass to the dream owner herself. I mean, c'mon... Francis believes he's part demon. Can we say; Fucking crazy/idiot/moron/lunatic? Asking Hindi if he could slit his throat? Saying he wouldn't kill his new kitten yet because it's too innocent right now? That's what I'm dealing with. And for that, I look to Ramruma and raise my eyebrow pretty high with an, 'Ex cuse me?' ...
