Are you interested in settling down here at Top Rail? Well, here are some of the perks you'll enjoy here:
--Friendly atmosphere
--Customized feed: We offer Blue Seal brand feeds and supplements; rich, high-quality hays; loose grain; made-fresh-daily soaked beet pulp; fresh produce for treats!
--Daily turn-out with horses your owner/caretaker specified
--The attention of our dedicated staff
--Daily stall-stripping and periodic sifting
--Private, high-quality stalls
--Larger stalls available for mares with foals due/at side
--Stud management available for breeding stallions
--On-site veterinary service
--Two outdoor riding arenas, lighted
--One indoor riding arena, lighted, heated, and air-conditioned with adjacent viewing area
--Outdoor round pen
We have no breed 'specializations' or bias towards any one type of horse. All are welcome, save for any completely wild horses.(You must be lead/furre broke to live at TREC.) If you have an owner, he or she may opt to keep all of his or her horses in adjacent stalls for convienience! If you do not have an owner, the staff of TREC will care for you until you find the right person.
---
The OOC Stuff
1. We expect you to use your stall, and if we don't see you around TREC, it will be taken away and given to someone who would put more use into it.
2. Before applying, make sure you've been seen around TREC a few times. We won't give a stall to someone we've never seen in the dream before -- how will we know you're going to come back and use it?
3. Obviously, you must agree to and follow the TREC dream rules to be given a stall.
