Requirements for Holding Prep Races
-All dreams holding prep races must be able to fit eight horses on their tracks. That is the maximum amount of horses allowed in any prep race.
-There must be an online format for entering prep races that allows racers to see who has already entered the race. Examples: a web forum or guestbook. Accepting entries via whispers is NOT allowed.
-Entries must close 24-48 hours before the race. There will be NO day of show entries: this INCLUDES alt changes.
----
Requirements for Entering Prep Races
-Pick one three-year-old Thoroughbred that will be your Derby contender for 2007. Do not use more than one. It is unfair to enter all of the prep races, spread out on different alts. To encourage competition, there will be NO ALTING on horses.
-All horses entered in the prep races must have an owner or a barn representing them. This must be listed on the prep race entry form.
-Jockies will not be required on race day, however, one must still be listed to represent you on your entry form. This is for realism/historic purposes.
-All horses must be three-year-old pure Thoroughbreds. Fillies, colts, and geldings are all allowed.
