Yeah, I'm still learning, so bear with me. The proportions and such will be off, and some perceptions may be drawn a little different than others. So. Eh. HorsesI don't color real well, especially on the computer. xD; So don't expect many or any colored pictures. This sketch itself was done with a bit of reference. A little bit of the body position, and some muscles in the leg and neck. By the way, it's a random horse. :> None of my characters, and not a fanart. Another, but better picture: My scanner makes everything look distorted, where body parts are longer or shorter than they're meant to be. >/ Stupid thing. The snout, for example, is slightly too long. But, eh. It is one of my best so far. :> I'm improving. I draw wolves, too. Though they're not as realistic, I'm more used to the body structure and such. Maybe I'll post some doodles and sketches up later. I can't draw people, and I barely pass at being able to sketch a decent furre, so don't be surprised if you never see a picture of one. :> Uhh. Yeah. There's my crap. <333

That's actually really good! You'd probably have better luck sticking with basic poses for now -- a lot of studies from the side, head-on, and in 3-4ths view, and sketches without a lot of action. However, it's definately good that you're playing with motion and unusual poses... a lot of people (me included -- I'll fess up!) settle for just working on plain, boring "this is a horse in side view." poses. Keep up the good work!

I'll keep that in mind. xD I'm used to that, though, since I draw wolves like that in fear of screwing up the picture. I'm a bit of a perfectionist with drawing, but I don't like to spend too long on one thing, which is why I did very little editting on this one picture.
Horses, for me, are actually pretty hard to draw. For some reason, they're perhaps the only animal that I enjoy trying hard poses with, so that may hinder my progress. Even so, the more I practice with these guys, the better I get. So, eventually, you'll see something worthwhile. xD

I Like I don't do jumping poses. i'm like Wynd. Imma more like a one pose person. I'll draw three horses the same way and color them differently xD

Well, I branch out and do different poses on occasion and am not afraid to try something new, I just... usually don't. xD

Generally I stick with side-view standing, side-view trotting, or side-view galloping. I'm hopeless at anything really complicated, so. x:

Turned out like a big dog with hooves oO
